Francisco Rivillas, Economic Advisor and Expert in Program Evaluations
Economist (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and President of Milenia, with more than 25 years of experience in the public and financial sectors of Spain and other countries. Since 2001 he has dedicated his work to consultancies. As an expert in his field he has been contracted to carry out strategic advice and the evaluation of programs financed by the IMF, World Bank, IADB, USAID, the Central Banks of Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic, the National Banking Commission of Honduras. He was also a professor at two Spanish Universities, Complutense and Autónoma de Madrid.
He presides over the Advisory Council of La Fraternidad-Muprespa and Milenia, which has an area of project management related to co-financing, where several projects are carried out for the Supreme Council of Chambers of Spain, as well as others promoted by Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Club de Riesgos de España, all of which are supported by the Banking Federation and the Association of Latin American Supervisors.
